Avoid this firm at all costs! I wanted to support my local businesses instead of going through the big firms and 12 months later I am still dealing with their absolute incompetence. I cannot begin to express how exhausted I am by DPA Law. All I needed was a help 2 buy buy out. I was given a quote at the start which I was happy with, then submitted all documentation. 3 solicitors later I am still waiting for the case to be closed. Instead, they only know how to follow up when they want money from you. I have had to exchange countless of emails and have multiple conversations for them to honour my quote instead of asking for 300 extra and yet waiting 5 months to hear back from the branch manager that apologised and promised to look after my case. If you want peace and mind, avoid this firm like the plague. And I dont even expect to hear back from them on this review and will have to seek advice on suing them for causing distress.
