Alison, Karl and Team, Thank you for looking after my Mother and giving her the send-off she deserved. From the moment Karl came to the house for a chat, and took my Mother into your care, to driving her and us to the Crematorium, and burial of her ashes, it was done with dignity and professionalism. I cannot thank you enough. She always talked highly of Arthur Cambreys and specifically asked for Karl, now I understand why. Dealing with the same person throughout made it much easier for us to know that everything was always being taken care of. The chats and advice were something I appreciated. We as a whole family would never use anyone else . Karl , Alison and the entire team right through to the office staff give a fantastic service in our time of sadness . They offer lots of options and asked our wishes . They guide you through and help tremendously throughout and after . The timings were to perfection and the walking in front so respectful . The surroundings of the area and cars / whole buildings are immaculate and I couldnt have wished for a better place for my Mammy to have been looked after . Thank you all at cambreys .(Hayley Avery)

My father sadly passed away on the 4th feb and it was his funeral yesterday. This has been the most difficult and heartbreaking time of our lives and I am so thankful and grateful to Alison and all her team at Arthur Cambreys for making such a devastating time less difficult and less stressful. The way in which they looked after my father from the moment they came to the house to collect him all the way through to his funeral yesterday, was so comforting and reassuring. We felt that our father was treated with the upmost respect and dignity and knew he was always in safe hands. We have had constant contact with Alison and her whole team and they have always been on hand for any questions or concerns.We have had regular contact from Alison, checking in on us and to check if we had any questions. Nothing at all has been to much for them. They really did go above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and to ensure we all felt that our father and our family were genuinely being cared for throughout. Alison walked the front of the procession and led my father all the way through Morfa for his final time, which we all found hugely respectful. I really cant speak highly enough of Alison and the whole team at Arthur Cambreys, as they really were the perfect group of people to be looking after my father for the last 2 weeks and I know he would be so pleased with how he was looked after just as we as a family are. We are so grateful for the respectful and dignified way in which they treated my father and my family at this very difficult time. At no point did we ever feel under pressure or rushed, it was all done in a respectful manner and we were given plenty of time to discuss and think things through, and were offered many options out of which we were able to have my fathers wishes catered for. Thank you so much to Alison and all the team at Arthur Cambreys, you truly are a genuine, caring, compassionate and lovely group of people, I dont want to say business because that sounds too formal as we as a family felt we were dealt with in a very personal and sincere manner.Thank you so much on behalf of my father, myself and my family.
