Often get flowers from here. They are amazing every time for all occasions. Very friendly only today I had a birthday surprise delivery from them from my son. They was stunning and added a teddy.

Really friendly and communicative over social media arranging an appointment to go in. Parking is hit and miss so don't assume you'll find a spot! As we walked in our first thought was "Oh God, Oh no, what is this?!" Had a moment of panic thinking we'd got it all wrong and were close to fleeing as it looked a little like one of those old bric-a-brac stores you'd see in old British sit-coms when we were met by the kindest, loveliest friendliest women who just oozed passion and creativity. We ended up staying for hours and booked flowers and centrepieces their and then! They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and understood what we needed better than we did! I couldn't recommend them highly enough. And to top it all we added extra bits and still came out under budget!

EVERYONE be aware of Wedding flowers wales. I met them at a fayre in swansea and was interested in their 6 items for 200 deal. E.g sweet cart table plan things like that. They told me they cover all of south wales as i said im in cardiff and that i could pop into their store in llanelli (1 hr away) to see their full range and sort everything out. We head down a few weeks later. Pick our items. Agree on a 60 delivery and transport fee which was fine as its over a 2hr round trip for them. We were then told we had to pay a 150 deposit. All sorted. A month later i rang and asked for a receipt with a price breakdown and a balance due date. It took several attempts to get through as either nobody is in the shop or they are out delivering and ask you to ring them back and the cycle continues. Finally got through and was told "we dont normally do that" red flag straight away! But she said shed do a breakdown and send it via email that i left with her. 2 months go by and nothing. So i ring again to ask for the receipt and balance due date as we are now less than 7 weeks away. She answered the phone and said can u call bsck after 12. My fiancee rang back and she hurried him off the phone and hung up as "ive just had a bride walk in". I wasnt having that so rang her back. All i got was excuses im so busy etc etc i dont even use email so i asked why i was told id be emailed. This woman will talk over you with her sob stories to avoid answering your questions. She then said message me on facebook and ill look into it. Immediately im worried about why its so difficult to send me a receipt! I speak to her on facebook and i had to take screenshots the conversation was unreal. Bare in mind id booked this 6 months ago. She told me that its "not worth her time to travel to cardiff that id be paying over the top", tried to charge us more, tried to say shes only doing full weddings bare in mind this wasnt mentioned at the fayre nor face to face at the shop. She said if it was closer she might do it as its "easier for her". Unbelievable as we had booked this 6 months ago and she tried to say she had no knowledge of the booking all whilst throwing all her staff members under the bus. Got a refund but i dread to think what would have happened if i hadnt have called them. Id have paid and the service wouldnt have been provided and we would have been left stuck on our wedding day as our money was no longer enough for this woman who was quick enough to grab it out of season. Be very very wary.

At such a difficult time, Andrea was patient and caring when it came to ordering flowers for my late Father's funeral. Even though, admittedly, I choked up a few times in the shop going through the various options, she took her time with me and gave me a moment when I needed it and also offered some warm and comforting words to me. My Dad loved his garden and his flowers very much and Andrea put together a wonderful tribute to him. For that, I am eternally grateful Thank you Andrea, you did my Dad and my family proud.
