        I am still waiting for my parcels !!! It was sent 2 weeks ago but Hermes / Evri say they have not received it from the sender. I spoke to the sender twice, the parcels have been sent as I already received the first parcel after 4 days which was sent using Yodel. What the he'll is wrong with Hermes.? I tried to call helpline but thata impossible as its all automated. HERMES IS THE WROSE DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. do yourself a favour and use an other company if you don't want any issues with either sender or the receiving part.
