They explained precisely what actions they would take and how long it would be for them to do. I knew exactly where I stood. They explained everything in my terms and were very reasonable in price. What an amazing guy, phoned him up with a pc problem and he was so helpful and informative. He gave me loads of advice and didnt even try and sell me anything or charge me. That is a very rare trait, will definitely speak very highly of him
