        So rude!!! I went into the new branch requesting a new card as I needed a new bank card and they said I would be getting my new one within the next 10 working days several weeks later I go to ring up the bank and they say that the card was never even ordered. I have no idea why he advises didn't order the card when they said they did but I'm extremely disappointed at the quality of service of this branch.
