Great service from this company. Telephoned to explain that I had a problem with the drum on my Samsung washer/dryer. He asked a few simple questions and then advised that, in his opinion, it was unlikely that it would be possible or economical to repair it. I was so disappointed, mainly due to the fact that the washer/dryer was only 2 years 5 months old and had cost over 700. He must have sensed this and asked if I wanted him to call to look at the appliance anyway to confirm his opinion. I said I would appreciate it if he called in. 1 hour later he was with me and did confirm that the washer was completely irreparable. I asked how much I owed him and he said absolutely nothing he was just sorry that there was nothing he could do. Many another company would have charged a call out fee of at leat 50 so, I cannot believe that this man would travel to me, review the appliance,advise as to the fact that repair was not possible but charge absolutely nothing!!!
