Very unhappy , couldn't get the right colour of our door or the size ,after 3 attempts to correct their error,still got it wrong ,we wasted nearly 8 weeks ,on all the messing about and visits from Thier door fitter who seemed awkward ,as after all it was him that measured and took a photo of the door colour at the first visit !!!, blamed the supplier and the main part was customer care ,NO apologies have been given for the dissapointment which this has caused Which I'm discusted with shamefull ATCOSTWINDOWS ,wished I had seen all the negative reviews before hand !!!!

100% honest review : I have to give credit where credits due and I don't usually leave reviews. I had windows installed recently with atcost( llanelli), ALL the team were fab! Very helpful, very efficient and compared to some other companies quotes I received , very reasonably priced too! The lady on the phone when you ring up is also very helpful.
