It was a great first 28 days. I weigh less and all my measurements are lower so it worked, for me the real success is how much better I feel being able to move more, what the team at FBL have done is created environment that makes you realise that you can reach your goals, they and their members are a great support on your to journey, whether it be weight loss or fitness. When I started going I'd pick up a 4kg weight or maybe an 8kg if only one was needed, in my last class I used a 20kg weight, that isn't because the 28 programme has made me instantly stronger it's because the coaches helped me realise how strong I was and what I had the potential to achieve. I have had gym memberships in the past gone a couple a few times then waited months to cancel the direct debit, this is different, I did not want to miss any of the 3 classes a week and I can't wait to do more classes as I join as a member. It was value for money, investing in yourself is important, the coaches here will help get you to where you want to be.
