        Terrible Company Problems with our Conservatory on and off for 5 Years. Poor customer service, 1 example of many was taking a day off work for them to visit to carry out repairs but did not turn up. Still got an outstanding fault which they didn't fix. Looking forward to the reply to spin it around, as if it wasn't their fault.

        We have just had four windows and a front door supplied and fitted by Classic Windows, and the service and quality of the windows etc were excellent. The whole procedure from initial sales, through the survey and finally fitting was painless and a pleasant experience. The after sales service is also very good. I would highly recommend Classic Windows to anybody. Thank you so much .
