Bought our be campervan a couple of months ago, really pleased with the conversion. Paul was fab, nothing to much trouble offered to pick us up from Swansea train station so we could travel back together in the new addition. Hes very knowledgeable and nothing to much trouble, truly a gentleman and very friendly. Would highly recommend and am doing to people we know are interested in a camper.

Please do not, and I repeat do not deal with this Company. I recently purchased a T6 conversion described as show room condition. WHAT A JOKE. The van is a complete mess when you deeper. It transpires that there was zero service carried out, zero history of any service carried out, no cam belt or water pump changed, multiple failures which to date includes window motors, headlights and wiper motor. The attention to detail was so poor despite me having to send back initially with a list of items to rectify, and guess what this was ignored. Even the windscreen was deemed unsafe as it was not clipped in. The scuttle tray had been snapped and the bottom of the screen was not fixed in so this had led to an influx of water. There was also damage to the side windows. Ive since taken the joke of a van to an independent inspector and the revelations are shocking which I cant detail as Im in the process of dealing with trading standards, and yes he has history with his substandard work. Granted I knew the van was a donor commercial but who puts flooring down on top of mud. Yes he van was caked internally with mud. Under the floor, in the engine bay plus the wheel caliper were in that bad of condition, a braking specialist acknowledge that they were the worse set of calipers hed eve seen - so bad that they couldnt be refurbished. To date I have spent thousands putting things right but now Ive given up as the van requires too much work to be worthy campervan. THE WARRANTY IS USELESS. This guy advertises vans that are not real. Dont be led into thinking youre purchasing the advertised van -re not. I now know why I wasnt allowed to see the van where conversion was taken place. Disgraceful, 36k for something on the outside that looked good but the horrors wear hidden. Let me share some pics of the horrors being unraveled- this is not an exhaustive list of them but itll give you a flavor of what youre giving up your hard earned money for. Oh by the way, when Ive asked for a refund, guess what - silent. No comms. Anyhow I have to get formal now You can see the mud which has been hidden. The worrying thing for me is that the ventilation in the front cab was full of debris and mud also. The inspector advised that this is what we would be breathing in.our dreams have been shattered. My twins are completely devastated as this was our savings that went into this van. Paul you should be ashamed of yourself. And yes I should have been more diligent but I was led down a very long garden path where everything seemed rosy until I reached the kingdom of WCCs hell! To note. I had to leave the one star for this to get posted, it really deserves zero stars!

These vans are not cheap although the conversions are solid and seemingly well done - the after sales is shocking!! On the way home the undertray fell off on the motorway I called Paul who assured me hed cover costs to replace it. I paid for the work, and got a diagnostics check done at the same time, and they found multiple faults. Cam belt and water pump had not been done - a corroded engine mount - corroded silencer - oil leak - faulty door handle - and much more. The back window is now leaking profusely, potentially rotting the kitchen cabinets. Ive emailed Paul many times about all these issues - and have heard absolutely nothing back. So Im presuming the conversion warranty he offers is completely bogus. Such a shame - as he and all his staff seem really pleasant - and I left feeling happy with parting with that much money. If buying from Paul MAKE SURE you have a vehicle check done - and ask for all paper work. If its not available - I would think very carefully before parting with any money. Im not sure where the vans come from, but due diligence is the key. It would be so simple just to respond to emails Paul - just to let me know I havent been left high and dry - or wet in this instance due to leaky windows. its going to cost me at least 3k to get this vehicle on track not great
