Initially sold me an awful set of Rife clubs which were completely un suited to me after a lucky break and the clubs being faulty I was able to return them and trade them in for a new set, however the new set that I bought which cost me around 1600 were not custom fitted to me in anyway shape or form the customer service I have experienced there has been appalling!!.
I then book a custom fit with them to see what going on and why these clubs are not suiting me and take time of work to then be told sorry I'm on my own today I can't fit you in.
Absolute shambles of a store .
I then went to the Swansea branch who were absolutely phenomenal helped me no end and give me a proper custom fit and have explained to me the clubs I purchased originally were custom fitted to someone else and should never of been sold to me .
I now have brand new clubs that I've had to trade in at a discounted price and loose money on to get the correct clubs for myself.
STAY AWAY.!!
