If anyone is thinking of using this company, I would strongly recommend you steer clear, I booked a package in January then decided 6 days later I only wanted a brownie tower, everything was fine until a couple of months before the wedding when I started messaging them asking how much I owed etc to be given excuse after excuse they were 'to busy to reply' 'on holiday' 'would get back to me' 'been ill' initially I was told they would keep the whole day free to make sure everything was perfect for me but when I asked if they could bring the tower at 6 they said 'it will have to be 4-5 because they have other plans' so unprofessional! Then less than 24 hours before my wedding they finally told me I owed 35 which is fine because that's what I expected but then also told me they would be charging a 25 delivery fee (which is obviously fine had it been mentioned at all previously when I'd been questioning it for months! But to not mention it until 24 hours before the wedding is awful customer service!) the only excuse they kept using was 'but we let you change packages' I don't really understand how this excuses how they have acted! also they would only accept bank transfer for the final payment and not PayPal because 'they aren't prepared to charge customers PayPal fees' yet they have no problem asking for money never before mentioned until the day before a wedding! Also because I've left an honest review on their Facebook page and told them I'm going to trading standards because they won't refund my deposit they've turned off the reviews on their page! And since posting about them on Facebook at least 2 other people on Facebook have come forward and said about their awful lack of customer service!

After going to a friends wedding which this company decorated I had to ordered their 6 tier strawberry tower for my birthday. It looked great and tasted fantastic. I found them to be very professional and easy to communicate with and even delivered it for us on very short notice. Thank you so much for that. I will be definitely be using them again and recommending to all my friends

Just recently been to an awards event the room was decorated beautifully by this company who are very helpful, professional and well organised. Would highly recommend if you have a wedding or special event coming up.

Don't waste your time with this company unless your happy to spend hundreds for them to add extra costs on just before wedding and then not show up on the day when you refuse to pay costs that had never been mentioned before the wedding!
