        Wonderful service! The price of my washing machine was the same as major retailers, delivered promptly, installed, packaging and old machine removed, at no extra cost. I wish I'd known about them before. Fully recommended.

        Another TV fitted by Jones Television for us today. Their service is second to none. 100% trust them to look after my elderly parents electrical needs and not mis- sell or up-sell for a quick buck. They have a good selection of electrical goods not just the TVs. Weve also had a tumble dryer delivered and fitted too in the past. Ive nothing but praise for their engineers who are very respectful of both property and people.

        Cheeky company, engineer arrived and said this samsung washer just needs turning off and on again to reset it. And then promptly charged 48 for doing this. Why they didn't say to try this before they came out if they knew it would be the solution.
