Abaca

Very worried as I have paid lots for a mattress and think theyve gone bust. Does anyone know whats going on?

I bought mattresses for my grandchild , so important to have new babies sleeping on good mattresses , the very friendly people at abaca made me one for Moses basket and one for the cot, great quality and I would highly reccomend . Thanks you Rhiannon and your team at abaca

Bought our second SNOWDEN mattress plus latex double depth topper.... Couldn't be more satisfied. Our guests all say they sleep well on our spare bed too

Abaca have been truly amazing. They have gone beyond every call of duty for us and provided exceptional toxin-free products that will last for years. We had an awful experience with the company we bought our bed from (We R Wood). We waited 12 weeks for delivery instead of 4-6, the manager wouldn't even call me back or apologise. To top it all off, then there weren't enough slats on the bed, which would meant the mattress would start sagging and become ruined very quickly. We R Wood couldn't even manage to get extra slats to us, despite Rhiannon doing her best as well to get them to send some. However, on his way back from another delivery in Scotland, Neil from Abaca came in to save the day, with drill in hand. He replaced some of the slats, worryingly some had already warped and cracked after only 2 months of wear, and he made sure our mattress was going to be 'safe' on the slatted bed. I cannot thank you enough Abaca. As I said to Neil, you have restored my faith in customer service. I can highly recommend to all who buy from Abaca, you will not regret it. All the best in all your endeavors.
