Moved into my home and used the two gas bottles already in place for four years . Bought one gas bottle from West Wales and it only lasted four months . Not gonna lie feeling fairly ripped off and won't be going back to them

Poor customer service I called them in a emergency rather listening to me customer care lady was concerned my accent, I wonder in a country where racialism is not tolerated those people try not to figure out customer needs,i am considering changing this supplier since this kind of treatment

100% agree with previous reviews on service, just spent 10 mins on the line trying to place an order and got cut off. What has happened to this company? They used to be brilliant.

I was almost out of LPG gas for my cooker and have loads of people over at Christmas, so ordered a large cannister. I paid on the phone and was told that it would be delivered on Friday (yesterday). I arranged my week so I could wait in, and gave my phone number so they could ring for directions, as it was ages (nearly 2 years) since I had ordered from them before. I had not heard a delivery slot by text, and had by this time completely run out of gas, so tried to ring Friday morning. I used option 2, and waited about half an hour on the phone, and was cut off. Next time I used option 1, eventually got through, was transferred, transferred again, and was then told that they would not be delivering today, and that they never give delivery times or days, so I could not possibly have got a delivery date from them! I said that the house was hard to find, could I give directions then in case I was not in? Only in two words, the woman said. Oh! So do you use What3Words? I said. They had never heard of it. I told them that the gas had now completely run out, but they were unmoved. It would be delivered sometime next week, I was told. Eventually my boyfriend went down to Llandysul to see them. And convinced them that really I had no gas. Apparently they hadn't believed me over the phone. The delivery then took place that afternoon. I only give a two and not one star, because the delivery men were lovely and helpful. I spent the whole morning trying to sort this out. What has happened to this company, that used to be so nice and easy to deal with? Two years ago I would have given them five stars.
