Julie Gravelle Counselling and Hypnotherapy

I've been seeing Julie for counselling and hypnotherapy over the last 18 months. I'd been struggling with a long-term health issue, which had affected my mental health significantly. Julie has helped me come to terms with the life changing situation, navigate a rollercoaster recovery, rebuild my confidence and learn how to be kinder to myself... and so much more! Julie has such a warm, caring and friendly manner, but is the ultimate professional too. I cannot thank her enough for everything she does. Highly recommended.

I have been fortunate enough to have had several sessions with Julie, to say she has worked miracles is an understatement. She understands like no one else and has a whole wealth of knowledge and advice that works through deep routed issues (in my case). She is very kind and a calming influence and more importantly I trust her and feel safe to open up. Thank you for all you have done for me and continue to do.

I can't thank Julie enough. She has made my outlook on weight loss seem a doddle by her understanding and positive mentality. I'd never even bought a set of scales, but now keep "an eye on things" and although I still have a long way to go I am, on the right track! For anyone thinking of using Julie's services.....I can't recommend her enough.

Julie is incredibly kind and considerate, and genuinely cares about people. She has such a relaxing, calming nature, that you feel that you can talk to her about absolutely anything at all. I can be wary of new people, but I really liked Julie the first time I met her. Not only does Julie listen, but shes a fantastic observer too, and creates a positive environment where you feel able to unravel, and work through any issues. Julie also seems to be able to perfectly tune into the same wavelength as her clients, but is able to filter out all the static and white noise, which can sometimes cloud one's judgement. I think this is just one of the many reasons why she is such an amazing counsellor. Julie will gently guide you. Reassure you. Encourage you. Build your confidence. Give you hope. She will help you to find your own way forwards, overcome those obstacles blocking your way, and you can be confident that Julie will be there for you, every step of the way. Reliable and accommodating, I couldnt recommend a better counsellor. Top score from me. Stars out of 5: 5
