        I applied for a position via Indeed in January and was called back by Janet to discuss the role. I was kept on the phone for over an hour, and it was discussed that I was a good match for the job (a pretty much entry level position I had plenty of experience in) and my full CV was requested which was sent immediately. Janet confirmed receipt the next day and that was the last I ever heard from her, despite chasing on two instances asking for an update on my application and then if the job was even still available. Very poor, very unprofessional.
