Ive always shopped at Asda but Im seriously considering shopping elsewhere, I use the chemist, we shop for our groceries and fill up with fuel oh and my Contact lenses. But I cant just pop in quickly no matter! Only two tills being manned and roughly 10 - 15 people with trolleys waiting! Were being pushed into self service! Why would we want to serve ourselves?! Ive missed two appointments over the last few weeks elsewhere by standing waiting to be served! The staff on the tills are working very hard but the management should hang their heads in shame! Especially elderly people standing about waiting for ages. Sort it out or customers will go elsewhere.
