        Has my alarm serviced today and when Alex arrived he was very professional and represented his company MSI that he works for in an excellent manner. Alex is a credit to the company. Thank you Alex and all the staff at MSI for giving a professional service .

        Had problem with my alarm after power cut, phoned M S I lady in office was very helpful, she arranged engineer visit and it was sorted out very quickly. I can only say i have praise for their staff ,so helpfull and polite.

        I had a problem where my burglar alarm was going off because it was running off the battery due to a fault with my electrics. The alarm went off at midnight,then 2am then 6am. I called MSI in the morning and within an hour a engineer came out and removed the batteries for me and fuse. Excellent service.
