Llandudno Post Office

3.5.2023 wensday morning Went there to renew my licence and two nice women behind counter and very nice and polite to customers at all times.woman who served me had long brown hair and very nice and helpful as nothing any trouble for her at all. Don't know why this rated 2.8 ?? And reviews not good as must have being before as staff and place very welcoming. Very different to bangor one as not so nice at all..thanks you very much.

The lady who served me was solum, unhelpful, and uninterested, she radiated a rude not wanting to be there attitude. I literally asked if she thought Id written the post code correctly, to which she replied I dont know (it wasnt what she said, its how she said it!) Not one ounce of oh lets see if we can check!!! Im glad Im not elderly or have any additional needs because I feel shed humiliate that person with her ignorance. Disgusting behaviour, someone needs to speak to her about her attitude towards customers. The member of staff Im talking about was the lady sat closes to the picture booth on Mon 13th March 2023 @ approx 1.15pm.

Website says open till 2 on Saturday. Went to post letter at 1pm to find it shut at 1. as someone off sick yet there were a lady behind the counter. What is the point of saying your opening times and not abiding by them. No wonder the post office system is in a mess. Time other postal service were allowed to operation I am sure they would be a far better service
