        Tried 20 times to ring the pharmacy regarding flu jab. Not answering the phone. It just rings 20 times then cuts off. Appreciate you may be busy at times ..but all morning?!

        I took a private prescription to Asda Llandudno in early January. I was told only half the supply was available & paid the private fee & was given a note to collect the remainder in a few days. I returned 6 times in total & each time the remaining prescription was unavailable. Finally I called February 7th & was told not only did they not have the medication, but now my prescription was out of date. I asked about the inconvenience & delay. The pharmacist said the medication was out of stock. I asked if he meant from the entire UK. I returned to my doctor & presented my new prescription to Rowlands pharmacy in Conwy. I was informed they would be available the following day. I think I am entitled to a better explanation & the return of my private prescription fee from Asda.
