Having a Chemist that older people rely on you'd think they would open on a Saturday even if only until 12 mid day, I know an elderly lady who had to be without an important med that can't be missed had to wait a full day in agony so not acceptable

Worst chemist I have come across, poor poor service, wrong prescriptions. They seem to blame the doctors for errors but found this to be untrue. We now use boots and had my prescription ready in 3 days compared to the 7-10 days here if your lucky

Plenty of staff but completely disorganised - Management needs to step up -- don't blame pharmacists - I waited 25 minutes for my prescription today and after dispensing it stood on top for a full 10 minutes before the front staff picked it up - always ask if you're waiting but then ignore this fact - same every month
