        I had my ears dewaxed this morning by lovely Paula... fabulous service! She explained everything...showed me a video of my ears and I now feel wonderful being able to hear properly ..thank you so much

        Awful service. My daughter waited over half an hour for her baby daughter's prescription. The prescription appeared to be ready very quickly but for some reason, ignored. Rude staff! Prefer to go to Boots or Savers.
