I was a amazed by the level of service I received from the staff. Sam, Charlotte, Luke, Joe and Matt were all extremely helpful. I wanted to buy some jumpers and my size wasnt available but they took the trouble to go through their stock and found my size. I am very happy. Thank you so much. They are assets to the shop.

I am delighted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Llandudno staff for their exceptional 5-star service during my recent family visit. Our intention was to procure camping bowls and spoons for our stew at the beach. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the warm and friendly Nik, who kindly guided me towards the right products for my new-found interest in camping. She went above and beyond by meticulously explaining the different types of containers available and their respective uses. It was apparent that Nik's knowledge and expertise came from her genuine passion for camping. Luke's enthusiasm and expertise were equally remarkable when we approached him for advice on purchasing camping chairs. He provided insightful recommendations on the right product to suit our needs, which left us feeling reassured and confident in our choices. In a nutshell, we went to the Llandudno store seeking cutlery and bowls but ended up purchasing a wealth of other camping gear, including cups, spoons, travel towels, mountaineering pants, and four chairs! Nik and Luke's helpfulness and dedication were undoubtedly the driving force behind our decision to purchase more than we initially intended. I highly recommend Llandudno for its outstanding customer service, and I look forward to returning to the store soon for more camping adventures. Five stars are simply not enough to describe the level of service that we received.
