After a fall when I damaged my right eye and my spectacles, I have just had another appointment here in April 2023 and the eye test, provision of spectacles at a great and competitive price, terrific and friendly service with great efficiency was repeated and was confirmation that this is the best opticians in Llandudno. Thanks to everyone especially David, Lynne and Ellie May. I've left my former experience description below. Another tremendous experience. I was notified by email that an eye test was due so I booked on line. The ladies who welcomed and looked after me were fantastic. Friendly, competent, skillful and efficient. I accepted the offer of a scan and was glad I did. The lady who operated the machine was wonderful and just minutes later, I was invited in to see Charlie, the main optician who carried out the vision test brilliantly. As she confirmed that everything was OK with my current lenses and sight, she showed me the scan results on her computer screen that was an incredible experience. The scans are taken in many layers so she showed me the inside of my eyes from every aspect that apart from being so reassuring was a very interesting experience and confirmed that everything was OK after having had cataracts removed several years ago. I would recommend Specsavers, Llandudno to everyone for the best of everything in looking after your eyes. Thanks to everyone who looked after me.
