        Was on Holiday and walked past, I thought maybe the problem with my Huawei P20 Pro could be sorted over a couple of days as it was very difficult to charge, connection problem. So thought I'd get the charging port changed and new battery. Over a hundred pounds on the web and would mean the hassle of backing everything up and sending away. To my suprise the very helpful chap said he'd clean the port (which I did try myself) and if it didn't work I'd get my 20 charge back. 20 minutes later I picked up the phone and when I got back to the holiday cottage tried charging without the rubber band to hold the charging cable in. The connection was like new! Absolutely over the moon with the service these guys gave. 100 % recommend them. Wish I lived closer but will be using them via mail order. Thank you Techbase
