Holy Trinity Pay & Display Car Park

Central location, reasonable prices. Bring cash - it couldn't cope with card payments when we tried. Our car also got covered in poo from the seagulls that sit on the church roof and target all the cars parked below. So, ideally try to avoid parking right next to the church.

The parking itself is great - good location, decent spaces etc. However we received a penalty notice seven months later (parked in 06/22, received penalty notice from EPC in 01/23). Luckily we have proof that we paid via online banking, otherwise we would have paid over 100 GBP penalty!

Can't pay by card, only coins. I try to pay on both the ticket machines. They do not work.

Barrier was open and vans were parked in car park so we also parked here in our BMW X5 with Roof Box. We came back after approximately 2 hours and the barrier was closed! No phone number anywhere to ring either! Absolute joke! We've had to leave our 2 babies in the car in 30 degree heat and take the roof box off, which weighs a ton, plus I have disabilities and have pulled my back!
