Argos Llandudno

The reason I gave 5 stars is because the staff and delivery driver Chris went way beyond being helpful. I'm a 64 year old male recently discharged from hospital after 5 gruelling months of operations I'm disabled housebound and mobility issues, the day I'm discharged my TV decided to blow up with a bank holiday looming. After speaking to 2 ladies over the phone they made no promises it would be set up when delivered but after explaining my predicament boy did they pull out all the stops. It was delivered a day earlier today Sunday 29/04/2023 to my delight and Chris the driver who was very kind and helpful set it up and removed my old TV. So once again a massive thank you to all the staff at Argos Llandudno for going above and beyond. I'm now watching the world snooker final on my new TV. Steve a happy customer

Dont often do this, however I felt compelled to say how rude, unhelpful and down right uncaring the staff were in Llandudno Argos this morning, not prepared to do anything to help, they simply hide behind their rule of 30 days for return of products even when faulty.. I would score zero stars if possible, the duty manager admired she had discretion to sort out the problem but refused to do so, then shrugged her shoulders and told us to do what we wanted after I informed her I would contact head office. Avoid buying anything from Argos if you want any form of customer service.

Update 2023. Staff extremely unhelpful and unfriendly when things dont go there way, I was told to send my Xbox back by customer service for a replacement on,y to be told by them that I now had to take it back, reset it up again and install games before I could even phone Microsoft which took hours, will never use them again.latest update 2023 Great sales when on . good value overall. Not a lot of goods on shop floor . friendly staff

A male named Joe with a dreadful attitude served me, I asked if the lights were a cluster or string his reply ..what does it say on the box, I replied... without being rude, it doesn't say on the box. His reply, just because you said you are not being rude you are. Absolutely no call for his behaviour, manager not much better.
