        My Wife & I called to TUI, Llandudno today to book a holiday for her 70th birthday. We were served by Gemma, who helped us book the right hotel, room, and flight. She is way very helpful and friendly.

        I was served by Sophie today, what a lovely young lady. I have been trying to fine the room I wanted but unable to on line. Sophie found the room straight away but there was only one left. I was in a hurry as I had to be back home in twenty minutes. Sophie said it would only take about five to ten minutes, I thought they all say that but decided to go ahead. It was all done professionally making sure I checked the detail and it was done in less than ten minutes. So make sure you keep this very helpful young lady and all done with a beautiful smile.         Booked a spur of the moment holiday to Morocco 11 Apr. May I take this opportunity to praise Olga. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable and provided an efficient service that was second to non. TUI should be proud that they can recruit and retain people such as Olga., and I truly hope that they recognise her ability. Many thanks.
