Excellent service. I went into the shop with lots of questions and the owner was patient and informative. The purchases I made were excellently prices and I was shown exactly how to use my pram. The car seat was fitted for me which was a real help. The extra guarantee was fantastic. Thank you again.

This is a lovely friendly shop with beautiful products. I have 4 grandchildren & have consequently spent a lot of money here. However, I had reason to return a cosy toes product on 7/12/2018 as it was faulty. It didn't have the necessary incisions to feed the safety harness through. I had taken this & indeed a bag full of gifts on the train down to London for my new granddaughter. I felt very embarrassed on discovering the fault & also annoyed as I knew getting another one to her would not be straightforward. I returned it to the shop for a replacement & requested that they paid for the postage as a goodwill gesture & good customer service. I received a point blank refusal, no discussion. I am shocked that such a small business in my local area could be so narrow minded over such a small request. Consequently I will never shop here again & would not recommend them.
