        Ordered 3 Of your most expensive beds from you and a Single Trundle Bed. 1 x Super Kingsize and 2 x Doubles in Ottoman Style. The Doubles came fine and no issues. The Trundle was Delayed but fine, The Super Kingsize arrived and could not get it up the Stairs. We Had to Order the Divan model and did not get the price difference Back. The Divan model arrived and your Delivery Team said that the Super Kingsize Bases could have been separated from the lift up section quite easily and would have easily gone upstairs. I am Very Annoyed that firstly I had to settle for the lower Range and Secondly I did not get the Price difference of 290 back. I Ordered in the meantime Wardrobes and Chest of Draws for 2 Bedrooms which I did not have delivered because of this. I would have Spent over 6000 with you if I would have taken the whole order. I wont be shopping with you again in the Future.
