        Talia was amazing all the staff are. Also beautiful cleaning of jewellery and bespoke pieces. My engagement ring looks like it did on day one after Talia did a super job at cleaning it. She's so shiny.

        I'd like to thank the Manageress (Boss Lady) who helped me purchase the surprize diamond ring for my wife for Christmas . I'm absolutely rubbish at doing things like this (on my own) but she was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. This is my 4th purchase in just over 12 months so I guess that speaks for it' self. Thank you to all the fantastic team at Clogau Llandudno.

        Went into the Llandudno store to treat myself to a ring whilst on a weekend break. The staff were so helpful and pleasant - they didn't have my size but have arranged for delivery to my home address. Fantastic service
