My mum was deeply upset with her visit this morning, and it has been bothering her all day. Never had a problem before. My mum walked out of the shop for some fresh air whilst i stayed. I heard a staff member from behind the counter ask her for a raffle ticket as she was leaving but she didnt respond, to which another lady staff member abruptly and rudely said "i take that as a no". I was still in the shop so heard all of this to which i politely informed the lady that the women was my mother and she is in fact deaf. Appaling attitude from a charity shop supposedly supporting disability. The man behind the counter is always so lovely, it was the woman who was the issue.
