Used to love this shop and would go there on my frequent visits to llandudno. I was denied entry based the the fact I had a pram with me (with a very small and sleeping baby in). I have been the parent to small children for several years now and have never not been allowed into a shop based on this reason. The woman in the shop was extremely rude and this has cost and continues to cost them business.
