        I've had various MLD massages over the last 10 years, but Mia was by far the most effective I've had, even after just one session. Mia is a brilliant massage therapist, very knowledgeable with a lovely caring nature. Her treatment room is wonderful, warm and it smells beautiful when you walk in. I'd highly recommend Mia to anyone looking for a good quality massage, especially lymphatic drainage. I felt instantly lighter with reduced pain and the effects have been long lasting
