        We had a dog friendly room , so not the best in the house but more than adequate, great for a mini break with man's best friend. Food & drinks: Food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced.

        Booked for a birthday surprise weekend, arrived late so went straight to the evening meal which was very good and the service too. To the room OMG we did get a surprise!!!all I can say it looked like a junkie's bedsit and we didn't stay in the hotel due to them not having any better rooms. So drove home. Took 5 weeks to get my money back and lots of calls. Overall very disappointed and birthday weekend ruined. Just check the room advertised is the room you get. The hotel blamed booking com for using the wrong pictures etc etc. Never paying upfront again.

        Stayed for 4 nights and found the stay comfortable. The room was cosy and clean, however just be mindful it is quite noisy if you are next to the road and the seagulls make a lot of noise at night as well so something to keep in mind if you want to leave the window open at night. The ensuite was ok and had good water pressure for the shower.
