        Great welcome from Rob, although the dcor is dated the room was spotless and comfortable and the bathroom was new and modern, you can tell the owners are making improvements. Very impressed with the breakfast, the buffet was well stocked with quality ingredients and everything you could have wished for was available. Thanks for a great stay, We will be back Walkability: Great location close to all that Llandudno has to offer
