Wonderful stay, great location, owner Sharon was as sunny as the beautiful weather. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a large en suite. Everything you could need in your rooms was provided, the little thoughtful extras, (fresh milk, filtered water, choice of tea's, coffee, hot chocolate and sweet treats) were very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Great choice for breakfast which was freshly cooked and delicious. Our only place to stay for future visits to Llandudno

Everying about our stay was excellent, from the room, the breakfast, the welcome from the owner, Sharon, very down to earth lady. She was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went the extra mile to make you comfortable. Thanks again Sharon. Will see you again that's for sure. Roger and Gaynor.

I was very impressed with the things that this hotel provided us with. Not only were the rooms beautifully kept and the bathroom clean and spacious, it also included things that you wouldn't necessarily expect like hot chocolate, biscuits and sweets, washing up liquid and dark towels to remove make up and tanning products. The lovely lady owner Sharon gave us a very warm welcome and she made us a gorgeous full breakfast and lovely scrambled egg on toast with salmon. There was also a great choice of cereals, yoghurts and fruit that you could help yourself to at your leisure. The decor of the hotel was also really quirky and made it look really appealing before we even entered. Thank you very much to Sharon for our wonderful stay, we will be back again shortly.
