        Rooms: In need of update as decor not great. Also carpeting not well fitted. Heated towel rails not available. Too much furniture in twin room left little space. Safety: Some showers without grip rails Food & drinks: Food not well presented and often served cold. Sometimes meats in chunks difficult to slice through
