The Llandudno Hotel

Bedroom was clean, beds were comfortable and the views were exceptional. However in the bathroom,for a family of 4 we were left with half a toilet roll which ran out as the lady had left for the night and the toilet had issues with flushing due to old piping. The room was really cold even though the tiny heater was on high all night so we had to go out and buy blankets for us all to keep warm, maybe having extra bedding would be an option to add in the colder months. It is however about 10 minutes walk from the pier and the tram to go up the great orme is 5 minutes up the road. The hotel is quaint and has a lovely charm to it. The lady running it is lovely too and I'm sure if we'd had time she would have helped us with any issues.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Me my partner and grandmother came down to attend a funeral. When arriving we was shown to our room which was small, dirty and very basic.. with signs of wear everywhere. I spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful about changing to another room. Our next room was bigger but again very dirty and ridiculous signs of wear and uncare especially as its meant to be a boutique hotel. The toilet handle had to be pumped many times to flush the toilet. The bed springs sticking out the mattress was so uncomfortable, none of us got any sleep. Theres a hole under the carpet outside the bathroom which my grandmother tripped on. After so many faults we phoned reception to ask for a refund on the 2nd night.. we just wanted to leave. Nobody was in the hotel to help rectify any problems the whole time we was there. Do not waste your money or time going there!!
