We recently stayed here with our 12 week old daughter as our first family holiday. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the luxury of being able to park in front of the hotel is a huge bonus. We had a lovely bay window room which was a great size for the 3 of us and the lots of baby necessities we took with us. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our baby girl with a travel cot & baby bath and help us fit the pushchair around the table at breakfast. Thank you for making our daughters first holiday so memorable, well no doubt be back again soon!

Rooms: We stayed for 10 days originally 7 so we had 2 rooms as we decided to stay longer. Both rooms were clean and came with all the facilities you would need. 1st room at front bay window overlooking pier and sea, this had a mini bar, smart TV, extra heater and fan. Tea coffee etc. 2nd room was smaller and at back and cheaper but was adequate and had a you needed. Rooms were clean and extra towels refreshments, toiletries could be requested and left for you when you got back. There was nothing to complain about. Nearby activities: Depending on what you like doing there was a wide choice of activities to please everyone. You must go to top of Great Orme whether going by car, tram, bus or for those fit enough walking you have to go. Sightseeing tours are great and you can hop on or off along the way. Shopping is a must, town center and retail park as a vast array of shop's. The promenade is a 2 mile enjoyable walk and the pier is a must. Safety: We found the hotel and resort extremely safe. Walkability: If you are fit there is some lovely walks around the area, the orme is a bit of a climb but the prom was an ideal way to walk off the lovely meals we had as its all flat. Food & drinks: There are lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from serving all manner of foods, the choice is yours. Noteworthy details: The hotel is a superb friendly place to stay, its like going home to family. Breakfast is superb with a extensive menu, from continental to a full cooked Welsh breakfast, and there is no limit on what you can have.
