The staff, especially those on the reception and bar. Top people. Friendly helpful. Excellent stay. Well done. Rooms: Some pieces missing like toilet flush push.

The hotel has recently been renovated so the rooms are pleasant and comfortable. The loss of 2 stars was because although the general cleanliness of the rooms was good, there were recent coffee stains on the window sill and on top of the chest of drawers. The wardrobe also needed a wipe down before I was happy to put my clothes in it. A little hint take your shower in the evening not the morning as there was a definite lack of hot water between 7 am and breakfast at 8am. The service was good but again it lacked urgency and on the last day I waited until 8 45am to be served my breakfast we were due to leave at 9 15. The food was hot, tasty, and a good quality. Be warned also about the all inclusive drinks package. The was very limited and although you could upgrade on some drinks to brands we know and love. They charge full price for some brands. This is a rip off as we had paid for 4 drinks a day, but no account of that was reflected in the price of for eg. Martini. My party though had a generally good experience here but it was the staff who made it. Both the hotel and the coach driving staff!
