        Our stay at The Elm Tree was outstanding. Our room overlooked the Pier and bay area of Llandudno. The room itself was exceptional clean, with a modern feel and tastefully decorated. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was delightful. Lynnette ( owner ) is the consummate host. Nothing was too much trouble for Lynnette or her staff. We highly recommend this hotel for either a short weekend break or full week. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms: Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated.
