        The owner should work in the prison service,she watches the cctv camera and as soon as you leave she goes into ur room to see if you leave lights and tv on,my husband was Asian and I feel that was the issue plus went for breakfast and pple who came after us got served b4 us.she needs to clean the room of cobwebs and years of filth from window,room 7.theycakso purposely turn the radiators in our room off,we were freezing,luckily my hubby thought about it and turned the knob to make them lovely and hot,I've travelled all around the world and never met anyone who makes rules up differently to what's on the website by saying it was previous owners who actually sold it 4years ago.
