Having booked nearly a year in advance we have a good choice of rooms and chose the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. It's on the first floor with a big bay window. The room is a good size, big bed but maybe not the most comfortable for me. The only letdown is the bathroom. The shower needs a really good clean! We were only provided with two big-ish towels, no hand towels and nothing to step on when getting out of the shower, be careful not to slip!! Also nowhere to hang the towels close to the shower wouldn't hurt.
The rooms are not overly insulated so you do hear a fair bit of traffic from the main road and from surrounding rooms.
Breakfast was ok, not winning awards here but a decent choice of cereals, crumpets, croissants, pain au chocolat, toast and yoghurts. Tea and coffee are available with some juice.
The location is at the far end of the promenade and a good 10/15 minute walk up to the centre, we went to a show at the theatre which is only 5 minutes away so ideally located.
We had to park up the side road, not an issue and it's free unlike other locations in Llandudno, couldn't work out where the car park for the actual hotel is as not clearly signposted.
The staff seemed friendly enough and information for access to the hotel was sent as mentioned when booking the hotel.
