        Received 2 items broken (cups), emailed for replacements ans received no reply, called the mobile number and received an abrupt call back where I was told to email again. I did have a reply to this email asking for pictures which of course I sent. Still no replacements received and no repsonse to emails either. Original order was 22 July. Not very impressed with this customer service, delivery speed, communication really
