        Excellent service, Karl responded to my message straightaway and fit me in to his schedule on a bank holiday weekend. He arrived exactly when he said he would and let me know when he was on his way. He explained everything to me and was very professional and friendly. Will definitely be asking him to do any future work for me and would recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient person to carry out a boiler service and repair.
