Tom Owen and Son Funeral Director, Llandudno

When our mum passed away, we went straight to Tom Owen & Son. Our family has gone to them for generations and we knew of their excellent reputation. Trystan was a godsend and made everything easy for us, which is just what you need at a time like this. He was lovely to deal with - supportive, kind, knowledgeable, organised and proactive. James was also a magician with the flowers, somehow managing to make the impossible possible. They were absolutely stunning. The funeral was just beautiful and seamless from beginning to end. We cant thank you enough for everything you did.

I consider Tom Owen and Son the best funeral director in the Llandudno area, their longevity in this business is testament to that. They were able to organize a beautiful natural burial for my mum at the Eternal Forest, despite having only a short amount of time to do so. There is no one else I would trust my loved ones with. We would like to thank Tristan and his team for providing such a caring and professional service. The attention to detail and care meant the day was a very personal celebration of our mothers life. Although a sad occasion it was a moving tribute to a long and happy life. We cannot recommend Tom Owen & Son highly enough.

I have nothing but praise for Tristan and his team, from the very outset the service received was impeccable. Tristan arranged everything for us including the flowers, he was always on hand if we had a question. Thank you for taking away the stress at such a sad time.
