        Be aware,tried to make an appointment for my grandson who is registered with this practice,for a check up,can understand it's been 3years and no appointments because of covid but every time I went in I was fobbed off .Today I found out he had been taken off the records and is no longer registered with this practice,no letter of this was sent to me of this, appalling service

        I understand that the practice is short staffed and appreciate the difficulties this causes, however you could leave a message on the answering machine to let us know whats going on? I call during your opening and hours and it says youre closed. Ive left messages on the answering machine and no one calls back. Ive had to ring 111 twice now to get an appointment elsewhere for urgent treatment. I now need two teeth urgently removing and the emergency dentist stated I have to book an appointment with my practice? How am I supposed to do that? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

        Rubbish. Can't get an appointment for a check up for myself and my children. Ok, I understand nothing was happening whilst COVID was around, but they have been open now for over a year since COVID. Three appointments have been cancelled for check ups. Every time I phone (or try to get through on the off occasion) I am told there are no dentists available and phone back in 3 months. Which I have done and yesterday and today 24th & 25th January 2023, the automated message says closed. What the hells going on??

        Had a fair few appointments cancelled and tried calling with over 30 minutes per times waiting for answers, with NO avail, this is disgusting, if I could give this no stars i would, I need an appointment during to toothache

        How are you actually calling yourselves dentists? Your an absolute disgrace, shocking way to run a business. Unfortunately there is no option for no stars otherwise you'd get nil points.
